Tree Planting Services
In the spring, we offer machine and hand planting services. You can purchase a variety of tree species and sizes. You can choose to plant them yourself or hire our services to do it for you. Depending on the amount of trees you plant and the acreage you plant, you may qualify for a grant program to assist with your costs.
**For smaller planting projects (less than 100 trees) make sure you attend our Annual Arbour Day Tree Sale on the last Saturday in April – starts at 8:00 am until noon. Bring your own containers for the bare-root stock.

There are Grant Programs available for eligible projects.
- Forests Ontario – 50 Million Tree Program – up to $1.50 per tree grant available for eligible projects, minimum landowner contribution is $0.20 per tree minimum project size is 2.5 acre block.

This service is available for landowners who have previously planted trees or wildlife shrubs on their land. Reducing competition from grasses and weeds is essential for good tree survival. Both herbicide and non-herbicide options are available.
Tree Marking & Tendering Services
Have your woodlot or plantation marked using our Provincially Certified Tree Markers. Using our tendering services will get you the best price. Call us to find out more information 519 376-3076.
Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP)
Lower Your Property Taxes!
Managed Forest Plan Approvers are available to prepare and approve Stewardship Plans. This service includes a site visit, forest inventory, maps and consultation about objectives and activities for a 10 year period. This service is available for any size woodlot and provides landowners with a forest management plan which meets the standards of the Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program.
